You might have an idea, a problem, or a half-finished project. All three work. The first step is a free 30–45 minute discovery call, and you leave it with a written assessment — whether or not the work comes to me.
What engagement models are available?
Three: a fixed-scope project, a monthly retainer, and a long-term remote contract with a fixed number of days per week. When the scope is clear, a fixed-scope project is my preference because it is predictable for both sides. We decide which one fits during the discovery call.
| Model | When it fits | How it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-scope project | The scope is clear or can be made clear | Written scope and schedule, two-week slices, a working demo at the end of each slice |
| Monthly retainer | Ongoing development, maintenance or advisory | A fixed number of days per month, weekly cadence, a written summary at month end |
| Long-term remote contract | A team needs an embedded senior engineer or technical lead | A fixed number of days per week, your tools and your cadence, 6–12 months |
| One-off technical audit | Before a takeover, a vendor change or a proposal decision | 1–2 weeks, no code changes, findings reported at file and line level |
How to reach me
The quickest route is the form below; it reaches me directly and I reply within 24 hours. If you prefer email, kefukar@gmail.com lands in the same inbox. LinkedIn works too. I am at UTC+3, which gives a full working-day overlap with Europe and the morning with the US East Coast.

What happens on the discovery call?
The discovery call takes 30–45 minutes and is not a technical interview. We talk about the problem you want solved, how you handle it today, and what happens when it is not handled. You leave with a written answer to three questions: can it be done, should it be done, and roughly how long.
- You do not need a technical team; someone who knows the business is enough.
- No preparation needed. Screenshots of the current system or a spreadsheet will speed things up.
- You get the assessment even if the work does not come to me.
- An NDA can be signed before the call if your process requires it.
Contact: frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 hours. Messages arriving at the weekend may stretch to Monday. If you do not hear back, email me directly — email always gets through even when a form does not.
Our budget is small. Can we still talk?
Yes. The discovery call is free and does not depend on budget. If the budget does not cover the scope I will say so on the call; more often than not, narrowing the scope or reordering the work produces a useful first step. When it does not, I will say that too.
How do contracts and invoicing work for clients abroad?
I work under an English-language contract and invoice as a registered self-employed professional in Türkiye. Payment is by bank transfer or an international payment provider. My working hours overlap substantially with European business hours.
I only have one question. Is that fine?
Yes. A single technical question does not need a scheduled call — send it through the form or by email and I will answer if I can. If the answer turns out to be a project rather than a paragraph, I will say that plainly.
