In short
Patik has no accounts and no game server of its own, and it works offline: your game progress stays on your device. The game contains no analytics or crash-reporting tools. It does not ask for camera or photo access; “photos” are scenes the game draws itself. The game is supported only by rewarded ads that you choose to watch, served by Google AdMob. The optional purchase is verified through RevenueCat. The controller is Savaş Doğan (contact details at the bottom).
What data goes where?
| Data | Goes to | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress (wardrobe, your little ones, Memory Book, Lookbook, families and orders, atelier, streak, World Chest), settings, a copy of your purchase status, your age screen answer, counters | Your device only | Running the game |
| Advertising ID and other device identifiers (on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow it; not used if you are under 13 or skipped the age screen) | Google AdMob | Serving rewarded ads, ad measurement, preventing abuse |
| IP address and the approximate location derived from it | Google AdMob | Serving rewarded ads, ad measurement, preventing abuse |
| Device and app information (model, operating system, language) | Google AdMob | Serving rewarded ads, ad measurement, preventing abuse |
| Ad interactions (impressions, taps) and diagnostics (ad loading performance, errors) | Google AdMob | Serving rewarded ads, ad measurement, preventing abuse |
| Anonymous ID, purchase record (which product, when; the store receipt) and device information needed for validation (platform, operating system and app version) | RevenueCat | Unlocking and restoring purchases, fraud prevention, aggregate sales statistics |
| Payment details | Google Play only (App Store on iOS) | Processing the payment; the developer never sees or stores them |
Data that stays on your device
The following is stored only on your device, in the app’s own storage, and is not sent to us:
- your game progress: your wardrobe, your little ones and their looks, the photos in your Memory Book (stored as scene descriptions, not images) and their notes, the Lookbook, families and orders, atelier level and yarn, your Theme of the Day streak, the World Chest;
- your purchase status (so that what you bought stays unlocked offline);
- your settings (sound, vibration, language, text size, reduced motion, reminder time, etc.);
- your answer on the age screen at first launch: your birth year, or the fact that you skipped it (see “Age screen” below);
- a counter for the daily limit of rewarded ads, how many times and when the rating dialog was opened, which tips you have seen and play-time statistics.
Deleting the app deletes all of this data from the device.
If device backup is turned on, this data can be included in it: Android’s automatic backup saves it to your Google account, an iPhone backup to iCloud (or your computer), and it may be restored when you set up a new device with the same account. These backups are held by Google or Apple; the developer has no access to them. You can turn backup off in your device settings; deleting the app does not delete an existing backup.
Age screen
At first launch the game asks for your birth year; you can also skip it. Your answer is stored only on your device and is not sent to us or to the ad network. If you are under 13, or you skipped the question, ad requests only carry the “child-directed” and “under the age of consent” tags: ads are not personalised, the advertising ID is not used, iOS does not ask for tracking permission, and the purchase sits behind a parent check.
Progress code
With Settings › Progress › Progress code you can export your progress and settings as text or a QR code to move them to another device. The code is created on your device only when you ask for it, and it contains no information such as your name, email address, age answer or advertising ID. Copying, sharing and keeping the code is up to you: it is not sent to us. Anyone who has the code can load your progress on their own device, so keep it somewhere you trust. Purchases are not part of the code; on a new device you recover them with Restore purchases.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game has rewarded ads only, and you watch them only when you choose to: to double the yarn at the end of an order, to ask for one more card on the order board, and for the daily free craft in the atelier. There are no launch, interstitial or banner ads. The ad content rating is capped at “general audiences” (G).
- To serve and measure ads and to prevent abuse, Google AdMob receives the following from your device: the advertising ID and other device identifiers (Android advertising ID; on iOS the IDFA only if you allow it; not used if you are under 13 or skipped the age screen), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information (model, operating system, language), ad interactions (impressions, taps) and diagnostics (ad loading performance and errors).
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalised ads are used only if you agree in the consent form (Google UMP); if you do not, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Purchases › Ad preferences (this option appears where the consent form applies).
- On iOS, the advertising ID is used only if you allow tracking. The game works the same either way.
- On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings.

Purchase (Atelier Plus)
Atelier Plus is a one-time in-app purchase; it is not a subscription.
- Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details, including card details.
- The purchase is verified through the purchase validation service RevenueCat. For this, the app sends RevenueCat a randomly generated anonymous ID, the purchase record issued by the store (which product, when it was bought; the store receipt) and the device information needed to validate the purchase (such as platform, operating system and app version). This record is not linked to your name, email address, age answer or advertising ID.
- This information is used only to unlock and restore purchases, prevent fraud and produce aggregate sales statistics; it is not used for advertising.
- When the app starts, the anonymous ID is sent to RevenueCat to check whether you own a purchase.

Sharing
When you tap Share to share a photo card or your Theme of the Day result, the card picture or the text goes through your device’s share menu to the app you choose (if the share menu cannot open, the text is copied to the clipboard). The card picture is drawn on your device and written only to the app’s temporary files for sharing. Sharing happens only when you tap; nothing is sent to us.
Theme of the Day reminder (local notification)
The reminder is optional: you are asked once after your first Theme of the Day result, or you can turn it on in Settings › Play › Theme of the Day reminder; turning it on asks for your device’s notification permission. Notifications are scheduled entirely on your device: no server is used, no push token is created and nothing is sent to us.
Ratings
At most twice in total, the game may open the store’s own rating dialog (Google Play or App Store). Your rating and review are handled directly by Google or Apple; we receive no personal data from this dialog.
Transfers and security
Ad and purchase data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Google and RevenueCat process data on their own servers under their own policies; these servers may be outside Türkiye and Europe (e.g. in the USA). Such international transfers rely on the providers’ safeguards (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Legal basis (GDPR and KVKK)
Personal data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) on the bases below. The data is collected electronically and automatically through the Google AdMob and RevenueCat software components in the app, and transferred to Google and RevenueCat for the purposes described above.
- Personalised ads: in the EU, UK and Switzerland, based on your consent in the consent form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). On iOS the advertising ID is used only if you allow tracking. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings › Purchases › Ad preferences, and tracking permission in the iOS Settings app.
- Serving and measuring rewarded ads and preventing abuse: based on our legitimate interest in offering the game for free (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Purchase verification: necessary to provide the product you bought (conclusion and performance of a contract: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- If you email us: we use your address and message only to answer your request.
Retention periods
| Data | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress, settings, age answer, counters | Only on your device | Until you delete the app; a device backup follows Google’s or Apple’s backup settings |
| Progress code | Only where you keep it | Until you delete it (we have no copy) |
| Anonymous purchase record | RevenueCat | As long as the app is offered in the stores (so you can restore your purchase); deleted no later than 12 months after the app is removed from the stores, or no later than 30 days after a deletion request |
| Ad data | Under Google’s retention policy: policies.google.com/technologies/retention | |
| Email correspondence | The developer’s mailbox | Deleted no later than 12 months after your request is resolved |
Children
Patik is designed for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The game does not ask for a name or email address; the birth year stays on the device. For players who are under 13 or did not answer the age screen, ads are requested with the child-directed tag, without personalisation and with general-audience content, and the purchase requires a parent check. If you believe a child under 13 has played the game and data about them has been processed, write to kefukar@gmail.com: we will delete the purchase record at RevenueCat and show you how to handle ad data held by Google. For data on the device, deleting the app is enough.
Your rights and deletion requests
- Account. Patik does not create accounts, so there is no account or account data to delete.
- Data on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all game data on the device. On Android, clearing the app’s data in Android settings does the same.
- Access to data on your device. Because this data is not held by us, we cannot view, correct or delete it for you.
- Ad data. Change your consent choice in Settings › Purchases › Ad preferences. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings; on iOS you can withdraw tracking permission under Privacy & Security › Tracking in the iOS Settings app. For data held by Google, use the options described in Google’s policy above.
- Purchase record. To have your anonymous purchase record deleted, write to kefukar@gmail.com and include your store order number (from your Google Play or App Store receipt) so we can find the record. After deletion you can still recover your purchase through the store with “Restore purchases”.
- Your rights under the GDPR. You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
- Your rights under the KVKK (Art. 11). You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, its deletion or destruction, and notification of these actions to those third parties; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
- Requests. Write to kefukar@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. Google is an independent controller for ad data; you can also send requests about that data to Google.
- Complaints. If you are not satisfied with our reply, or do not receive one in time, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board, under KVKK Art. 14).
